What is your Akashic Record? Lee Carrol and Monika Muranyi say it perfectly in their book, The Human Akash.
“In simplified terms, your Akash is like a written record of your soul’s presence on this planet. However, it is not written in words, it is written in quantum energy, and stored in the Earth (as well as several other places, but more on that later). There is a record stored of not just this life, but all the lives you have lived on Earth. Don’t believe it?
Have you ever visited a location, maybe an old colonial building or a medieval era church, and felt like you have been there before? Have you ever been to a civil war battlefield and wept in the tall grass? That my friend is you experiencing the Akash. You need to leave your analytical, human brain aside for a moment and ponder those magical moments of deja’vu that just can’t be shaken away. ”
Curious? I was too.
My earliest known memory of this curiosity occurred when I was about 5 years old. I was sitting on my bed playing with my Barbie dolls. However, I wasn’t just playing child’s play. I was actually reenacting a scene of the revolutionary war and running away from the Ken doll who was dressed in a red 1980’s split-tailed, velvet blazer (and nothing else, LOL!) I then had a thought about the afterlife–or rather the “before life”. I said to myself, “Why can’t I remember where I was before I was born?” It troubled me. At such a young age, without any religious upbringing, I instinctively knew there was more to ME then could be perceived.
It has been almost 40 years since then and my life has had many pathways unfold. One golden thread that ties them up together is the Divine cord of God and spirituality that has been woven throughout the tapestry of my life. God has given me wisdom and gifts to share with others.

All of this was recorded in my Akash. It lay in wait for me to discover it once again. I had to walk down the streets of my subconscious, seeking answers. Until one day along my journey, I found an old blue door with a dusty window. I peered through that window and saw rows and rows of books; tables with books piled up on them; books from floor to ceiling. The room was dark, yet had a subtle glow emanating from within. I felt instinctively that this is what I had been looking for. That all of my questions would be answered, from what was hidden in that room.
The door was locked. But I had courage along with pure intent to find out what lay behind that door and to discover where the glow was coming from. I lifted up my hand to knock. Before my knuckles touched the peeling paint, the door was opened…
“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door with be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened…”–Berean Study Bible Mat 7:7-8
Now this story was a metaphor for our journey to discover who we are, why are we here, and what am I to do? Again, here is a great description of the Akash from one of my teachers, Kryon. “What is it you wish you could do? What are your blocks? What are the things that you think are you that can’t be changed? In the Akash, there is also you, many of them. What if the whole reason for the Akash is to [write a new story, for a new you, in this new energy]? What if it is a gold mine with your name on it? You lived all those lives. Think about that. It’s life experience, it’s wisdom, shaman. Now go mine it…It creates mastery. Think about that.”–Kyron
